From the statistics and the decline of the average American's general health, what we are putting in our bodies is not good. This program has been put in place to educate employees on what they are eating, and how they can change their habits. It's truly surprising how simply changing what we eat can make a tremendous difference in decreasing the chance of heart attacks, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many of the other problems we've been plagued with as a society.
